Processing Time
All items are made-to-order or carefully checked before shipping:
Standard orders: 3–5 business days to process
Custom or personalized items: 5–10 business days to craft and prepare
We’ll notify you by email once your order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your delivery status online.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at celticwooddesigns@gmail.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if needed.
