Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Celtic Wood Designs. As many of our products are handmade from natural wood, variations in grain, colour, knots and other natural characteristics are to be expected and make each piece unique.

Cancelling or returning an order

For most non-personalised products purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item.

Items should be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Personalised and made-to-order items

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect so that we can resolve the problem. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be made to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
