Handcrafted from solid willow, this serving tray showcases the beautiful natural character of the wood, with warm tones, distinctive grain patterns and unique markings throughout.
The design is complemented by four contrasting hardwood accent strips. The two outer strips are made from rich walnut, while the two inner strips are cherry, adding subtle detail and contrast without taking away from the natural beauty of the willow.
One of the advantages of willow is that it is a relatively lightweight hardwood, making this generously sized tray easier and more comfortable to carry, particularly when loaded with food, drinks or tableware. Sturdy black metal handles at either end provide a secure and comfortable grip.
Ideal for serving cheese, charcuterie, bread, pastries, snacks, afternoon tea or drinks, it also makes an attractive centrepiece for the dining or coffee table.

Please note: This piece is designed as a serving tray rather than a chopping board. Willow is a relatively soft hardwood and can mark more easily than traditional chopping-board timbers, so cutting directly on the surface is not recommended.
